We are on the lookout for an email marketing professional to join a team of Google gurus, SEO superheroes, and advertising aces. As an Email Marketing and Automation Executive, you will be the go-to person for auditing their clients' current email marketing game, getting to know their customers, and developing high-quality strategies. You will be running the show on all e-mail campaigns, from market research to automation setup, list management to A/B testing, crafting killer content, and tracking all-important results.

Responsibilities: 

  • Audit legacy email campaigns, identifying strengths and weaknesses 
  • Develop all kinds of email strategies in ecommerce, B2B, lead nurturing, newsletters etc. 
  • Design and execute effective list segmentation strategies 
  • Maintain customer lists and databases 
  • Plan and build automated drip and nurture campaigns 
  • Write compelling email copy 
  • Manage campaign performance, optimisation and reporting 
  • Understand the impact of changes in the digital landscape including third party cookies and data privacy legislation and educate clients on those 
  • Communicate strategy, project progress and results to clients and teammates 
  • Responsibility for finding opportunities for new and existing clients to generate business growth through email 
  • Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients 
     

Requirements: 

  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Management or another relevant field. 
  • You have at least 1 year experience in e-mail and marketing automation in an agency or in-house setting, as well as with Google Analytics and dedicated e-mail reporting tools. 
  • You are familiar with recognized e-mail platforms, e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce. 
  • You can efficiently and easily navigate Google Suite and MS Office. 
  • You characterize yourself with passion for email marketing, CRM and automation. 
  • You demonstrate excellent writing and verbal communication skills. 
  • You can think outside of the box, identify and resolve problems 
  • You pay attention to detail and can work in a deadline-driven setting.
  • You have the ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points on email marketing and automation. 

Moreover, if you have working experience working in digital marketing areas such as Paid Social, Paid Search or SEO, that would be of great advantage!
