Our client, a prominent engineering product manufacturer with a global presence in more than 90 countries, is in search of a commercially minded and data-savvy CRM Manager. In this role, you are required to have experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform. The main responsibility of the CRM Manager will be to develop and implement effective CRM strategies that will enhance customer engagement and loyalty. 

This is a hybrid position, with an office based either in Dublin or Cavan.

Responsibilities: 

  • Create, devise and put into effect CRM strategies aimed at maximizing customer engagement and retention. 
  • Examine customer data to generate valuable insights and improve customer segmentation for optimization purposes. 
  • Supervise the customer journey and formulate retention sequencing strategies for execution purposes. 
  • Create and oversee automated workflows utilizing HubSpot. 
  • Assist in improving email and automated communication flows, creating new flows that capitalize on insights concerning timing, targeting, and content. 
  • Develop creative briefs and delegate to designers and copywriters for the development of top-quality and impactful creative assets. 
  • Oversee and manage customer data to guarantee its accuracy and comprehensiveness. 
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics and maintain them on a regular basis. 
  • Identify chances to improve the customer experience and devise strategies to make the most of them. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a CRM role. 
  • Relevant education appropriate to the role. 
  • Proven track record in designing and executing loyalty/CRM strategies. 
  • Thorough comprehension of customer behavior and the factors that influence retention models. 
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in Excel to interpret data insights and report back to the business. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Outlook. 
  • Excellent and confident communicator. 
  • Fluency in English, French or German will be an advantage.  
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.  
  • Familiarity with Database Marketing laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) will be beneficial.
