We are searching for a Shopper Marketing Manager who will focus on the customer to drive growth. This role involves creating a promotions and activation calendar, as well as identifying new ways to use our partnerships in stores. You will report to the UK Marketing Director and work with a creative and dedicated team to develop strong customer relationships as part of the marketing team.

Responsibilities: 

  • Create and implement a consumer pathway for purchase through communication, signage, and assets in various retail channels. 
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to manage JDP budgets and ensure measurable success of investments. 
  • Coordinate with brand marketing team to ensure consistent consumer brand interactions and amplify marketing calendars. 
  • Identify target consumers and develop promotional strategies based on demographics, regions, and interests. 
  • Partner cross-functionally in the 'Wave of Summer' integrated campaign to align commercial promotional strategy and optimize through a digital lens. 
  • Lead On Premise experience activations, working with the brand activation manager to ensure they align with brand standards. 
  • Manage logistics and develop new assets for the UK POS catalogue in On Premise. 
  • Create and maintain a monthly and seasonal shopper marketing scorecard, reporting on shopper metric objectives, ROI modelling, and optimization for future planning. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in shopper marketing or trade marketing and a strong understanding of its mechanics. 
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business results through shopper marketing activation. 
  • Excellent multitasking and workload management skills. 
  • Effective project management and communication skills to ensure stakeholder alignment on delivery times and expectations.
