Data and Analytics geeks – this one is for you!  

As a part of a digital transformation conducted by our client, we are seeking a curious Data Reporting and Analytics Specialist to build high quality data visualizations and business reports in order to drive business value. In this role, you will be responsible for the presentation of results and improving upon them. You will help with routine data feeds and data analysis of the recently established Digital Center of Excellence, execution of digital campaigns measurements, and support value realization.

In this role: 

  • You will become a key member of the Digital Center of Excellence, supporting centralization of digital performance analytics for all of the client´s brands across different geographies. 
  • You will develop data-driven solutions and identification of appropriate metrics to support digital marketing efforts with the goal of pushing a data-driven first approach in the organization. 
  • Your responsibilities will include standardization and development of a global measurement framework (including KPIs by channel, measurement methodology, internal and external data sources). 
  • The appropriate dimensional data model that facilitates efficient report development will be defined in conjunction with the IT department. 
  • Creation and maintenance of self-service data capabilities will be on your daily agenda. 
  • You will work with other cross functional teams, with the emphasis on Measurement Services, Local Markets and Global Brands to identify business needs and solutions. 

Requirements:  

  • Proven working experience with data, reporting and analytics. You have positively impacted business before within an analytics-related department. 
  • Flexibility using multiple digital analytics and operational reporting tools across social media platforms, Web, SEO and consumer data (e.g. Google Analytics, Sprinklr, SEMrush). 
  • Technical skills and ability to work with large datasets from diverse sources. 
  • Ability to develop high-quality visualizations with digital tools such as Tableau Qlik, or Power BI. 
  • Familiarity with data manipulation using SQL, combined with experience handling ad-hoc requests that require analytical analysis and technical solutions. 
  • Ability to execute complex data analytics and insight generation using cloud service solutions and analytics tools. 
  • Knowledge on creating dimensional data models along with the IT department. 

This position reports to Digital Analytics Senior Manager, however, you will take on a myriad of independent responsibilities, setting an example to other team members by being solution-oriented and disciplined.
