Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and continually improve the company's digital marketing plan, utilizing social media as a means of communication, fostering engagement and building a community, with the goal of increasing website traffic. 
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns to acquire new users through mobile and desktop channels as well as lead generation programs in order to acquire new leads. 
  • Implement digital marketing efforts on website to optimize it and support customer acquisition. 
  • Develop and curate content supporting the lead generation. 
  • Report on and evaluate performance, communicate results to stakeholders, analyse and replicate successful programs. 
  • Manage activities and campaigns with a CRM, including the usage of MQL.  
  • Collaborate with internal agents to assure a seamless customer experience. 
  • Keep the company's brand updated and ensure that communication guidelines are always current. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years´ working experience in a B2B setting using digital tools.  
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies, concepts and best practices.  
  • Higher education in Digital Marketing. 
  • Expertise in creating content strategies for both inbound and outbound marketing, preferably in the software industry. 
  • Experience in improving performance metrics with Search Engine Optimization and boosting website traffic through social media channels. 
  • Knowledge of lead generation utilizing digital marketing, email marketing, analytics, and PPC. 
  • Excellent spoken and written English, ability to convey ideas and develop value proposition focused content in a profound manner. 
  • Solid collaboration and time-management skills, being able to work in a rapidly changing environment. 

It will be a plus if you have experience with: 

  • Salesforce or other CRM Software. 
  • HubSpot. 
  • Using content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
