In this position, you will be responsible for daily management of the Digital Marketing efforts, collaborating with the Customer Experience team to assure an excellent online experience to the customers and implementation of innovative, digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and execution of key functionality and content on the company's websites.
  • Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including working with an agency on optimization of AdWords campaigns based on data insights.
  • Executing SEO techniques to optimise the websites for key brand and search terms, in order to enhance the visibility and searchability of the site.
  • Develop a fully integrated digital marketing strategy that delivers on key business objectives including customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
  • Reporting with platforms such as Google Analytics, Salesforce.
  • Overseeing online presence of the brand (through Search, Display, social media channels).
  • Implementation of social media strategy (Meta platforms, Twitter, TikTok), as well as development of a content-marketing strategy along the Head of Marketing Communication and Corporate Affairs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including creating and implementing digital campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a similar field.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO. 
  • Solid collaboration skills.
  • Working experience with Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Familiarity with running social media channels and managing communications.
