We are seeking a Paid Search Account Manager, who will become responsible for managing client-agency relationships and ensuring that all accounts are properly managed. This will involve leading a team and ensuring that team members fully understand their daily responsibilities and perform their duties to the best of their ability. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of account management to ensure that high standards are consistently met. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Arrange and participate in regular meetings with clients in our portfolio to discuss account progress and address any issues or concerns. 
  • Troubleshoot potential issues together with the team. 
  • Efficient management of tasks and meeting the needs of clients within established deadlines. 
  • Develop annual roadmaps for all current clients. 
  • Report development and delivery to clients and the agency. 
  • Overseeing the monthly budget and purchase orders. 
  • Creation of new strategies for internal and external purposes. 
  • Establishment of KPIs and ensuring they are met. 
  • Usage of internal tools to manage tasks. 

Requirements: 

  • At least 3 years of experience as an account manager, preferably in an agency setting. 
  • Knowledge of creating effective reports based on provided data. 
  • Ability to conduct communication with clients of varying sizes and industries. 
  • Forecasting and planning skills, with the ability to recommend new strategies as needed. 
  • Task prioritization and ability to create appropriate roadmaps to achieve yours, as well as the client´s goals.
