As the Manager of Audiences, Product and Playbook Owner you will develop digital campaigns on all available channels with an emphasis on audience management, the centralization of consumer-related data, and use of that data to discover new audiences and segments.

Key responsibilities: 

  • You will be a key part of the newly created digital centre of excellence, focusing on all topics related with Audience management & consumer data platform. 
  • Collection and analysis of consumer data in the internal platform (CDP).
  • Understanding and analysis of consumer data and CRM Management to create new audiences and segments in order to support development and execution of digital campaigns.
  • Development of strategies targeting consumers of the brands.
  • Building long-lasting relationships with the consumers. 
  • Adoption of new technologies and expansion of implemented solutions.
  • Collecting ideas and recommendations from the teams within the organization and translating them into thorough product backlogs.
  • Examining client needs and converting them into practical answers that create business value.
  • Collaborating with the IT team and external agencies to deliver prioritized backlogs. 
  • Introducing new capabilities to the regional market teams and ensuring their effective use, as well as becoming a trusted advisor to the local teams.
  • Building strong relationships with the team of audience managers in order to better understand the technologies being utilized, make suggestions for improvement, and support the expansion of the services.
  • Assume the role of the thought leader by knowing the trends and advancements in the field. 


  • At least 5 years of CRM management experience.
  • Experience in CDP use and/or implementation (e.g, Adobe Experience Platform, Saleforce CDP, Amperity, etc.)
  • Understanding of the features and functional models of audience management and consumer data management systems through in-house or agency work experience. 
  • Experience in leveraging technical solutions or being a part of an IT team running a consumer data platform.
  • Being a thoughtful leader in space with practical technical skills and the ability to see how to use technology to create business value.
  • You have a clear understanding of the fundamental value that audience management and consumer data platforms have for any brand to achieve its goals.
  • Familiarity with advanced product management techniques.
  • Ability to manage a backlog, prioritize demand and navigate a complex set of tasks.
  • Professional knowledge in audience management and being able to convey it to a team.
  • Familiarity with commercial execution strategies to drive growth with a local trade marketing team while simultaneously being able to navigate comfortably through technical discussions with IT departments to build new features and capabilities. 
  • Gathering and conveying best practices, guidelines, and obtaining feedback on your results from several local trade marketing teams.
  • Pro-active attitude and team-player spirit.
