As our client team´s has grown double in size in the span of two years, we are seeking an ambitious, energetic Digital Marketing Executive to join the Marketing team. The company is a world-renowned equestrian brand present in over 70 global markets, entering its transformational growth phase and looking for talented candidates to welcome onboard. 

You will play a crucial role in the Marketing Strategy division, working closely with the eCommerce, Brand and Digital Marketing Managers to ensure that the goals and business objectives are met. The creation and management of a social media content schedule, e-mail marketing campaigns, and the upkeep of brand consistency will be your key responsibilities in this position. Making sure that customers have an excellent experience across all platforms and reporting on digital marketing initiatives to the team will also be part of your daily duties. 

In order to succeed in this role, you need to have experience with development of content strategy, paid social campaigns, PPC and SEO.

Responsibilities: 

  • Development of organic and SEO driven strategy in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager. 
  • Maintaining content consistency and optimization across all digital channels (including optimization for search results, accessibility and user experience). 
  • Content creation and curation for the business's website, social media platforms, blogs, and email marketing platforms.
  • Optimization of Google Ads campaigns. 
  • Reporting with Google Analytics.
  • Assisting with visual assets for social media, e-mail marketing and blog content.
  • You will be charge of creating landing pages for campaigns, including the selection of templates, components, and modules, writing copy, and edition of content.
  • Collaboration with external parties to proofread, edit and optimize the search engine results prior to publication.
  • Reporting on all shared digital material on paid and unpaid social networks, emails, blogs, and SEO. 

You have: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in digital marketing or a related field. 
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in a (Digital) Marketing role. 
  • A solid understanding of the importance of digital channels in the consumer journey.
  • The capacity to plan and execute engaging communication with internal and external actors.
  • A passion for digital marketing and related fields. 
  • Strong interest in social media, preferably combined with experience in managing it.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, lead generation, and e-mail marketing.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills, while being able to keep up with the stakeholders’ expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft365 package, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google AdWords and Canva.
  • A team player, able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop best in class content and evaluate results.
  • Good at problem-solving and communication with excellent copywriting, written and verbal communication skills.
