Responsibilities of the role: 

  • As a part of the newly created digital center of excellence, you will support the centralization of digital performance analytics for all global brands. 
  • Utilize predictive modelling to estimate sales, enhance ad targeting, discover similar areas to do sales lift holdout testing on, and optimize customer experiences. 
  • Development of RFM models, audience creation on the basis of Behavioral and Propensity customer profiling. 
  • Investigate the usage of projects involving natural language processing to evaluate the sentiment of our first-party data on CRM and product reviews. 
  • Assisting the Advanced Analytics functional teams in determining whether the statistical methodologies are aligned with the business objectives.
  • Create and enhance procedures and equipment for evaluating model performance and data accuracy.
  • Moving to IT stack in order to support the Data Science projects from data exploration to model deployment.
  • Manage testing procedure for data analytics.
  • Ensure the data assets and models have effective security, integrity, and quality. 

Requirements: 

  • University degree or equivalent in computer science, mathematics, statistics or a closely related field. 
  • Working experience with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.  
  • Familiarity with pattern recognition and predictive modelling. 
  • Preferable knowledge of marketing analytics is desirable (e.g., uplift modeling, recommender engines). 
  • Statistical and data manipulation languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL) is key. 
  • Previous experience working with data from third party providers such as Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Cloud. 
  • Knowledge of using distributed data (e.g. Redshift, Spark, S3, Hive, Hadoop) will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with structured and unstructured database management.
