Our client is a world leading IoT software platform, supporting the manufacturing, transport and energy industries, recognised by Gartner as global leader in this space worldwide. They are looking for a creative Senior Product Marketing Manager to oversee the outbound marketing efforts. In this role, you would be responsible for driving sales and enhancing the brand image, development and implementation of strategies meant to promote the products and identifying key features that attract consumers. Moreover, customer experience is valued as you will monitor customer feedback, responding as appropriate to any comments by pursuing more growth efforts or offering prospective changes to product revisions.

Duties and Key Responsibilities: 

  • Introducing new products and improving existing ones by highlighting their benefits to the target audiences (customers, clients, investors). 
  • Creating roadmaps for the products ´marketing strategies, including their value propositions, positioning, pricing, marketing, and launches in order to drive sales and support marketing campaigns. 
  • Continuous development of the company´s product portfolio and promotion of thereof on social media platforms, videos, blog posts and presentations. 
  • Conducting market research and apply relevant findings related to product features, user experience and packing to marketing efforts. 
  • Performing landscape analysis in order to identify opportunities for addressing target audiences and markets. 
  • Development and roll out of sales collateral, conducting win/loss analysis of sales campaigns. 
  • Owning the go-to-market strategy for the product, making sure that all marketing is accurate and presented in a way that appeals to potential buyers. 
  • Reporting on product performance based on marketing campaign outcomes, product usage, and market trends, using data from web analytics and qualitative user feedback to make practical suggestions. 
  • Building solid relationships with prospective customers as well as external vendors and leverage them.  
  • Managing a content calendar.  

Experience and skills: 

  • Expertise in market analysis and identifying trends to support product positioning. 
  • Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and having a problem-solving mindset.   
  • A data driven approach to developing new products. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams, as well as negotiate with external stakeholders. 
  • Ability to translate technical details into business objectives. 


  • Minimum 5 years working experience in product development or marketing in the technology sector. 
  • Knowledge of product-based market research and analysis. 
  • Ability to create content to support product positioning and marketing. 
  • Experience with campaign management. 
  • Comfort working with numerical data. 
  • Efficient decision-making skills and ability to prioritize responsibilities. 
  • A Bachelor´s degree or an equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing or related field of study.
