In this role: 

  • By joining the Digital Center of Excellence, you will build a clear measurement strategy to assess incoming traffic performance across the relevant channels. 
  • Your task will be to define a clear plan for improving conversion rate optimization and increasing average order value through up-selling and cross-selling techniques. 
  • You will analyze the business insights in order to inform strategy and go-to-market, providing value realization.  
  • You will adopt an interactive test-and-learn measurement methodology, making sure all key actors adhere to it. 
  • In order to comprehend the end-to-end customer journey and inform D2C reporting and analysis, you will work closely with various departments as well as the Senior Manager of D2C eCommerce Operations.
  • You will lead the data-driven business review activities that aim to educate all other areas of the organization's performance. 
  • You will deliver iterative improvements across operations, marketing, and capability development. 

Requirements: 

  • Genuine interest in performance driven D2C eCommerce and industry related trends. 
  • Experience working in an eCommerce-centered environment. 
  • Capability to make a personal contribution to the development of a cutting-edge eCommerce performance, as well as outline eCommerce related improvements needed to be implemented within other departments. 
  • Expertise and the ability to develop a Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce growth strategy across all key departments. 
  • Fluent with digital marketing industry and the best practices.
  • Excellent understanding of web analytics, consumer journey mapping, and site behavior analysis.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You understand the best ways to manage projects with high efficiency in mind and you practice what you preach when it comes to agile methods. Experienced in personalized content, with a solid understanding of its importance.
