Key responsibilities:  

  • Relying on the existing knowledge base, you will implement improvements to the quality of services and help establish global customer services across brands and different locations. 
  • Managing all consumer inbound communication in a timely manner, driving consumer satisfaction and enhancing brand experience.
  • Delivering world-class customer service across all channels and for all pertinent topics (e.g., goods, events, shipping details) while maintaining a constant standard of excellence and consistency across the board.
  • Collaborating with teams located across different locations. 
  • Supporting and promoting company process improvements, providing Quality and Service Level reviews.
  • Having excellent knowledge about the company´s products and staying on top of any product novelties.
  • Actively taking part in the application of best practices and ensuring uniformity across various brands situated in various locations.  

Requirements for the role:  

  • Familiarity with customer care and community management tools is crucial.  
  • Understanding of industry´s best practices for customer service and the ability to communicate them to the team. 
  • Comprehension of the setup requirements for a knowledge base that supports various brands and regions. You must interact with several various sections of the company in order to add to this knowledge base, therefore you should feel at ease communicating with and picking up tips from other team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure and assist customers under stressful conditions.
  • Pro-active attitude and team-player spirit.
