Our client is searching for a creative Digital Storyteller, who will join the dynamic Transformation team. Ideally, you possess exceptional visual design and digital storytelling skills, the capacity to produce powerful presentations for internal and external purposes, and the ability to effectively navigate between various business projects.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with the Digital Transformation and Ecosystem team to create unique digital content and strategy. 
  • Effectively interpret and convey complex data; develop narratives, propose solutions, and bring theoretical concepts to life in engaging presentations for distinct audience segments. 
  • Support the team's current needs, define requirements during planning, make suggestions and implement appropriate design methods to reach goals. 
  • Promote brand coherence and messaging across all visual and narrative assets. 
  • Development of stories, narrative structure and creative means to communicate with internal and external actors. 
  • Convert leadership ambitions into clear communication for the team. 
  • Develop storytelling assets for various organizational functions (e.g. case studies, social marketing). 
  • Customize communication for various target audiences and strategic objectives. 
  • Collaborate with the internal social media team to improve important engagement metrics (views, clicks, shares). 
  • Conduct qualitative research with a range of internal and external audiences. 

Required skills: 

  • Expertise in design tools including the Adobe Creative Suite and video production/editing. 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Ability to conduct research supporting business objectives.  
  • Working knowledge of maintaining consistency in written and visual brand guidelines. 
  • Time management skills, ability to meet multiple deadlines and navigate a rapid professional environment. 
  • 3D or Motion graphics skills will be a plus.  
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing trends and best practices (including social media, SEO/SEM, other important distribution channels, data reporting and analytics). 
  • Understanding of effective storytelling fundamentals. Solid editorial and typography skills. 
  • Working knowledge of interpreting business needs and conveying them to different departments and teams. 

If you have: 

  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in graphic/visual design or a closely related discipline, 
  • 5+ years design experience relevant to the position and expertise in creating high-level corporate presentations,
