As a Web Operations Specialist, you will organize and improve the workflow between various internal and external stakeholders, including trade marketing teams, fulfillment partners, third-party retailers, and agencies.

What will you do? 

  • You will play a crucial role in the newly established digital division, ensuring the smooth running of our desktop, mobile, and tablet sites. 
  • Coordinate the product updates, launches, campaigns and promotional events.  
  • Ensure that the pages are regularly updated in compliance with international standards and that hyperlinks direct visitors to relevant pages in order to give our customers the greatest onsite experience. 
  • Coordinate requests and carry out demands from various brands and areas, as well as manage operations with independent site management suppliers. 
  • Maintain and update the product marketing feed. Ensure localization is done properly across markets and listings. 
  • Employ A/B testing to enhance discoveries after reviewing pages from the perspective of the most demanding customer. 
  • Assist with UX, UI, and SEO procedures by working with internal departments and external agencies, ensuring that the customers' websites meet the highest standards. 
  • Work with the Product and Local Marketing teams, as well as outside partners to implement strategies engaging the customers and opening new data collection opportunities through innovative website solutions. 
  • Maintain effective communication with the Digital Account Director and local teams to ensure participation in internal processes and support of their business objectives.

Role requirements:  

  • At least 5 years of relevant role-related working experience.  
  • Familiarity with monolithic solutions or headless CMSs. 
  • Experience with building landing pages using appropriate tools (e.g., Unbounce). 
  • Solid knowledge of UX, on-page SEO, and front-end management techniques. 
  • Knowledge of HTML would be an advantage.  
  • Ability to brief regional teams on alterations to the website's functionality. 
  • Understanding of on-site building processes. 
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills, ability to work in a team, problem-solving capabilities.
