Our client, a private education centre, is seeking the Head of Marketing to lead and execute all marketing and communication efforts. The Head of Marketing will work closely with the commercial team to achieve the centre's business goals. The selection process will involve providing examples of your expertise in areas such as campaign management, budgeting, team management, project management, and brand management.

  • Define and implement a communications and strategic marketing plan aligned with overarching corporate goals.  
  • Construct and put into action all marketing initiatives geared toward consumers as well as long-term strategic development of the brand and sub-brands.
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive exceptional ROI and efficient customer acquisition plan, deliver and optimise key traffic KPIs via paid, organic and own media channels.
  • Proactively oversee all digital channels, including website, social media, and paid search, to ensure they meet goals and effectively target audience with timely and relevant communications. 
  • Collaborate with senior managers to plan and execute on-brand events that align with the commercial and marketing objectives, ensuring effective coordination and communication. 
  • Continuously manage and evaluate external partners and agencies such as creative, digital, advertising, print and photography to ensure successful execution of projects and materials within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with national media and key influencers, specifically education correspondents, and keep a current database of education/media contacts. 
  • Manage and mentor the Marketing team members. 
  • Organise and coordinate promotional events. 


  • Degree in business, marketing, or comparable credential.  
  • 2 – 3 years of experience with performance marketing responsibilities. 
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing communications roles, with at least 3 years of experience leading a diverse team to achieve successful results. 
  • Proven track record of executing integrated marketing initiatives and high impact brand promotions.  
  • Experience inspiring and managing cross-functional teams both internally and outside while working at a high level within an organisation.  
  • The position holder must be able to engage and lead staff as well as influence and lead at a senior level. 
  • Effective organisational skills and sound managerial judgement. 
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise activities to meet deadlines and a demanding workload. 
  • Proven networking and influencing skills.
