They dominate the Irish native advertising market and collaborate with Distilled to engage audiences with cutting-edge content and display strategies on some of the country's most recognisable digital businesses. 

You'll be responsible for generating sales for a variety of clients and agencies. Together with the Commercial Director, you'll grow and develop important contacts, take on account management duties, and develop a comprehensive strategy and method for increasing direct client revenue.

We provide a rewarding compensation package as well as a lively, encouraging, and flexible work atmosphere.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Controlling your client and agency portfolio. 
  • Creating effective sales techniques to satisfy customer needs. 
  • Weekly reporting on sales strategy and results. 
  • Effective sales pipeline management. 
  • Having a thorough awareness of the brief cycle and the capacity to communicate with the appropriate teams in an efficient manner. 
  • Establish and nurture strong bonds with senior-level contacts. 
  • Collaborate with the teams from Creative, Programmatic, Design, and Ad Ops to provide comprehensive and original campaign solutions. 

Skills and Requirements 

  • Strong organisational abilities. 
  • Excellent ability to interact and coordinate with internal stakeholders. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the media environment. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for selling, and a desire to meet customers' needs 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • The capacity to perform successfully under time constraints and reliably achieve deadlines. 
  • Excellent focus on detail and a desire for perfection in written communications, presentations, and briefings. 
  • Effective management of client and agency account data using internal tools and procedures, as well as strong organisational abilities.
