This is where you come in: as Global Digital Business Lead, you will own the process of all change management, transformation, digital start-up innovation, and training/upskilling. Main Responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and continuously improve the digital centre of excellence objectives and key results process to ensure coordination across all digital teams
  • Formalise and implement a clear communication strategy to ensure regular updates to all key stakeholders
  • Communicate all key achievements, challenges, and work being undertaken across the centre of excellence.
  • Organise necessary sessions and workshops to onboard/train new countries on how to work with the CoE
  • Define, setup, and run multiple programs around employee digital upskilling, employee onboarding, digital entry-level program and employer branding.
  • Work closely with HR to identify opportunities for employee digital upskilling
  • Establish a solid pipeline for the digital entry-level programmes
  • Create, collate, and archive all onboarding documentation to ensure a swift and seamless onboarding process in a fast-changing, large-scale, global organisation
  • Expand with additional programs to help drive digital into the organisation and secure our business ambition
  • Act as an ambassador for the digital centre of excellence, driving coordination and alignment with other business functions, from internal teams to HR, finance, marketing, and global and local teams.

Skills and Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience working in a digital department either in an agency or a global brand
  • Previous experience in change management, OKR processes, internal communications, and stakeholder management in a global organisation
  • Previous experience in driving digital initiatives in change management, employee upskilling, entry-level programs, and other similar programs as part of a digital organisation
  • Ability to create own material, setup and organise workshops and sessions
  • Manage expectations and communicate effectively at every step of the process
  • Hands-on experience in building programs that support a centre of excellence scale and mature
  • Experience in successfully working with both global and local teams
  • A structured and organised individual who can think creatively
