This is where you come in: as International Senior Ecommerce Manager you will be pivotal to driving growth in the D2C eCommerce business. You will work with the digital strategy and innovation team to implement a world leading D2C eCommerce blueprint as part of the larger digital centre of excellence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own all elements of eCommerce channels, from product catalogue to pricing, merchandising, payments, customer care, fulfilment, and pick&pack.
  • Map out how the D2C eCommerce channel will contribute to achieving the business goals
  • Own all ongoing business, listen to data and insights from measurements and align technology and capabilities with the business goals.
  • Communicate clearly with various teams to ensure full understanding of business status
  • Ensuring the site is ready to transact at the highest level
  • Annual planning, understanding peak seasons and their implications
  • Creating and running traffic generation and performance marketing to ensure optimal site traffic
  • Ensure the planning, building, and implementation of a world-class eCommerce experience for customers
  • Perform business planning, inventory analysis, sales forecasts based on traffic generation, and conversion optimisation.

Skills and Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in a high traffic eCommerce role
  • Proven track experience in planning, building, and delivering world-class eCommerce experience
  • Experience in successful driving performance to eCommerce business
  • Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms is highly desirable
  • Experience with advanced campaigns management in leading marketing cloud solutions
  • Previous experience driving performance marketing initiatives, from retargeting, to triggered emails, to optimising each channel to a specific business goal (CAC, ROAS, etc)
  • Experience in managing eCommerce site end-to-end from performance marketing, merchandising, conversion optimisation, pricing and promotions, fulfilment and consumer care
  • Results-driven with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion and interest in consumer trends within the alcohol industry
