This is where you come in: As Senior Digital Content Production Manager you will oversee transforming all assets to fit a digital space. Working with third party agencies, you will work to transform and optimise all branded content over the company’s various digital channels as well as partner channels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Content transformation and digitization to reflect and respond to the current digital landscape. Including cropping, resizing, localisation and any other modifications that the campaign demands.
  • Spearhead the digitisation, optimisation, personalisation, and publishing of digital content.
  • Build a team, processes, solutions, and technologies to facilitate growth over multiple brands/geographies.
  • Collaborate with team members on assessing which forms of content best fit specific channels and campaigns.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders and identify key pain points when integrating content into marketing campaigns.
  • Act as a thought leader and steering the team and using best practices to develop content in a fast-changing landscape.

Skills and Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrable experience in content management and transformation with a focus on disseminating content over various platforms and formats.
  • Demonstrable experience in defining and setting up a structured process for digital content creation on a global scale.
  • Previous experience in working on a global scale either in-house or at an agency is desirable.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Ability to take an agile approach and change lanes quickly if needed.
