This is where you come in: as Global Customer and Insights Manager, you will fully own all the operations when it comes to targeting and finding the perfect audiences for this wildly popular brand. You will bring an expert awareness of the right audiences, a keen sense of timing, and a strong ability to optimally target them. This role is a managerial position so you will have the ability to build out a team of highly driven, technically savvy audience managers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create relevant audiences for multiple digital campaigns to use by leveraging consumer data insight
  • Map out an audience strategy and audience usage to the digital campaigns being executed
  • Liaise with the digital performance team to align on measurement and audience usage
  • Centralise consumer data into CDP and define what additional sources should be added and communicate improvements to the Audiences Product Owner
  • Use existing data to critically analyse all targeting efforts and implement new strategies for the brand
  • Act as advisor to agencies and local teams when recommending targeted audiences using data learnings to assure the best possible campaigns
  • Support tactical requests to extract audiences based on demographics, behavioural data, or past campaign response
  • Define audience strategies with key personas and key segments to consistently target the right customers at the right time through the right channel
  • Internal and external key stakeholder management
  • In time build out and manage a team of highly technical and driven audience managers

Skills and Requirements

  • 8-12 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven hands-on experience in using one or more consumer data platforms
  • Experience in building audiences, exporting audiences, and understanding the available data points to build audiences
  • Experience in building and managing a team and show exceptional leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of digital performance and can build strategies based on pre-defined business goals
  • Demonstrable experience in setting up and improving a customer data platform and the ability to evangelise the process to both internal and external teams
  • Hands-on experience in digital campaign execution
