Our client strives to maintain full ownership of their digital messaging and is building this centre of excellence to act as a one-stop-shop for all digital activity across their various markets. 

This is where you come in: as Digital Account Lead (UK/EMEA) you will join the digital centre of excellence and will be tasked with overseeing the multiple countries and brands that comprise the international portfolio. You will be pivotal in ensuring the success of the local market and adding value to every step of the process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact to the local teams, addressing all digital relevant topics that may arise.
  • Act as a key relationship manager between the digital centre of excellence and the local market
  • Assist in the strategic planning cycle of the market, understanding their key focus areas, priorities, and growth proposals.
  • Stakeholder relationship management and project management to ensure the success of strategic planning
  • Plan, execute, and build new capabilities and measurements to ensure that all elements come together promptly
  • Coach local teams about processes, services, and capabilities that are available to them
  • Own and continuously improve the processes, inter-team efficiency, and communication of roles and responsibilities

Skills and Requirements 

  • 8-12 years in a similar role either in an agency or a global brand
  • Solid knowledge of digital media, partner commerce, social/advocacy, web experiences, customer relationship management, and customer care
  • Natural born collaborator, organised, and a people person
  • Structured and clear leadership skills with a flexible human approach
  • Clear vision of what success looks like to a local digital marketing team and can advise on how they can reach their goals
  • Excellent support capabilities and problem-solving skills
