This is where you come in: as Senior Global Digital Analytics Manager, you will use data for forecasting future business objectives. You will analyse all learnings and contribute positively to the translation of those learnings into testing plans, designing parameters, and generating meaningful, actionable interpretations post-pilot or campaign. This is a hands-on, operational role where you will be rolling up your sleeves and getting the work done.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the centralisation of digital performance for all brands and countries as part of the digital performance team
  • Evaluate the lessons learned and make a good contribution to their incorporation into test plans, parameter designs, and the creation of insightful, useful interpretations following a pilot or campaign.
  • Understand campaigns and business goals and design marketing testing plans to optimise media performance using matched market analyses, time-based regressions, and cookie-based split tests
  • Create and improve on measurement plans including suggested test and learn agenda, key KPIs, and performance targets
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure proper campaign and pilot set-up and periodically audit said campaigns
  • Design and validate internal and external measurement methodologies across KPIs for both digital efficiency and effectiveness metrics
  • Support ongoing optimisation against key success KPI and learning agenda and enforce reporting
  • Catalogue ongoing learning and establish internal benchmarks/playbooks to be leveraged across brands and categories 

Skills and Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous hands-on experience in an analytics team with a demonstrable positive impact on business and growth
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing and measurement (AB testing, multivariate testing, media mix models and data analytics)
  • Demonstrable results in creating patterns and insights from a broad range of data
  • Excellent communication and presenting skills to translate complex information in easily understood formats and visualisations
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Results-drive approach
  • Passion and curiosity for consumer and product trends in the alcohol industry
  • Programming skills (SQL/R/Python) including familiarity with databases, data wrangling, maintenance, and cleaning desirable but not required
  • A mathematical, statistical, numerical thinker
