This is where you come in: As Senior Global Media Manager you will provide the big-picture thinking that will bring media strategy and roadmaps into sharp focus and will formalise previous activities which can then be distributed and recreated across multiple markets. With a focus on Meta and Google Products as well as media efficiency, you will be responsible for optimising multi-million-euro accounts.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create and expand/improve paid media capabilities, across international markets.
  • Drive customer acquisition through lead generation using performance marketing tactics
  • Act as product owner, defining the strategic roadmap for any feature, capabilities and solution that should be implemented as part of the media “digital product”
  • Create a common set of best practices and knowledge sharing across countries and brands
  • Gather demand, ideas, and suggestions from all the different local teams across geographies
  • Transform demand, ideas, suggestions, and case studies into a comprehensive product backlog (playbook) which can be distributed and recreated in different markets.
  • Collaborate and consult internal and external IT teams to deliver the backlog.
  • Spearhead forming new capabilities and approaches to the local market teams and follow up to ensure proper delivery.
  • Partner with local media teams to validate the marketing mix, investment levels, and strategic approaches
  • Become a trusted advisor and service provider to local teams 

Skills and Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation either in-house or as part of an agency
  • Excellent hands-on knowledge of paid social and paid search
  • Hands-on knowledge of social media best practices
  • Proven experience in internal and external stakeholder management
  • Experience in working with both local and global markets
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proven experience working with large-scale campaigns and budgets
  • Keen business acumen and ability to optimise the paid digital spend
  • Proven ability to hit KPIs and improve RoAS
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous leadership experience desirable but not necessary
