As Creative Director, you will collaborate in the development of the creative strategy, global ambition, and interdependent capabilities. You will be in charge of designing and creating experiences of the highest calibre for our clients’ businesses, brands, and organisations. collaborating closely with teams from clients, partners, and coworkers to guarantee that the highest levels of creativity are consistently delivered. You will consistently encourage the teams to go above and above, challenge accepted creative norms, and adopt a cooperative and collective working style. You will be unfazed and skilled at creating highly advanced, inventive, and immersive experiences for the international businesses and organisations we collaborate with.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure all ideas and experiences adhere to the strictest creative standards set by the client, the brand, and the company.
  • Be responsible for the originality and high standards used in the development of all ideas and products.
  • Create lasting connections with customers and reputable creative partners.
  • Provide strategic insight into the work and brand experiences that clients have already had.
  • Make sure all creative concepts contribute to and advance the organization's or brand's overall objectives.
  • Develop and pitch innovative business strategies that advance the Group's capabilities.
  • Report to the corporate directors every week and every month
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients with the creative department.
  • Be knowledgeable about market intelligence, industry insights, and internal customer business observations that progress their priorities and provide new opportunities.
  • Have a clear perspective on important trends, statistics, demographics, pricing plans, and other facts that may help us accomplish our work more effectively.
  • Embrace any new education and training needed to provide new services.
  • Support new operating procedures and tools.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • 8-10 years of agency experience in the events sector.
  • Demonstrable pitch winner and ability to take project from concept to delivery.
  • A portfolio that exhibits original and creative thinking.
  • Ability to not only build a team but to manage and expand it.
  • Strong understanding of creative techniques like experience design, audience planning, user interface design, and storytelling
  • Interest in and familiarity with the use of immersive technologies.
