Our client is looking for an engaged and motivated Social Media Manager to take their digital presence to the next level. You will be enthusiastic about growing the company’s social media channels through creative and engaging social media strategies and content creation. You will work with and report to the Head of Marketing to implement the social media strategy with responsibility for crafting, setting up and reporting on social campaigns.

This will be a 1-year fixed-term contract working on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week required in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, and deliver creative social media campaigns in line with the current overall marketing strategy.
  • Hands-on management of all social media channels including LinkedIn, TikTok, and Youtube and adapting content to each specific platform.
  • Plana and schedule content across different platforms using tools such as Hootsuite, Hubspot and Pardot
  • Manage and nurture social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics
  • Analyse competitor activity
  • Recommend improvements to increase performance using insights into trends and algorithms
  • Set targets and KPIs to ensure the growth of brand awareness in the digital sphere
  • Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the company (in-house roles)

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience with a proven track record of growing social channels and driving engagement
  • Knowledge of the different platforms, their algorithms and how to tailor content for them, in particular LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Tiktok
  • Strong organisational, content management and planning skills
  • Experience in B2B communications
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular, PPT and Excel
