We currently sell products through three consumer-facing brands and have built a significant customer base since being founded. This growth has been fuelled by new product innovation, tightly managing acquisition marketing and leveraging a highly effective in-house call centre operation.

As Senior Marketing Executive, you will be directly reporting to the Marketing Manager who will be supporting the development and delivery of the offline marketing activity i.e. TV, Print etc. This is a unique opportunity to join a company where there are big budgets to spend, a lot of creativity to deliver and a lot of autonomy to drive your own agenda.

The business has big ambitions in the UK market and is working to grow its existing life insurance brands, whilst also looking at new opportunities such as launching new products, new brands and moving into categories.

Main Responsibilities

  •  Plan, manage and deliver effective acquisition marketing campaigns across TV, DM and other offline marketing channels as required.
  • Assist the design and content teams in the production and maintenance of marketing collateral for new and existing brands.
  • Assist with the creative, media and DM/data agencies to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Implement and optimise marketing processes.
  • Assist with TV Admin processes including invoicing, compliance sign-offs, sending updates to the Sales teams, sourcing telephone numbers for campaigns and assisting with TV copy instructions where needed.

 Skills and Requirement

  • 2-3 years’ experience, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage multiple campaigns/projects from beginning to end.
  • Sound understanding of fundamentals of general marketing.
  • Experience working with designers, copywriters, or external agencies on the creative production of marketing assets.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.
  • Comfortable communicating developments and deadlines with multiple internal/external stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills to execute high-quality deliverables.
  • Numeric and Data literate with an aptitude for analysis.
  • Proactive and able to use own initiative to bring new ideas.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office - specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Project Office.
