MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning, implementing, tracking and measuring end-to-end digital marketing campaigns against marketing objectives and KPIs.
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing team, agencies, and in-house creatives to develop and deliver differentiated, brand-focused and customer-centric assets and campaigns.
  • Overseeing asset and content creation, campaign planning and digital channel delivery of the brand’s strategic messaging.
  • Leading top-quality paid advertising initiatives on social media and search engines.
  • Managing the planning and execution of the brand’s social media schedule.
  • Leveraging global brand campaigns and localizing them for the Irish market.
  • Delivering regular campaign results reports, including KPI evaluation.
  • Collecting market insights and data to evaluate existing campaigns and inform new campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Digital Marketing to ensure timely delivery of communications, project updates and outcomes.
  • Overseeing a culture of excellence and innovation in all digital marketing activities and ensuring best-in-class practices for the team and wider company.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years’ digital marketing experience, with track record of developing and executing digital campaigns to support wider business objectives.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing/digital marketing or a related field.
  • Digital and social media advertising experience – a certification or qualifications desirable.
  • You’ll have experience with curating social media platforms and a solid background in brand-building and paid ads on LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing for lead generation via paid and organic mediums, as well of practical SEO and keywords.
  • Familiarity with leveraging a brand website and importance of the user journey, also for B2B buyers.
  • You’ll have deep experience of leveraging data-driven change: knowledge of Google or Adobe Analytics, Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads is a must.
  • You’ll be a creative thinker than can successfully prioritise multiple campaigns and manage different deadlines, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong and proactive team player who can work collaboratively with a range of different stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Marketo, Pardot or Hubspot is desirable, but not essential.
