Our client is looking for a Senior Creative with big ideas and even bigger ambitions! 

This international events agency is looking for a Senior Creative to join an incredible team working on incredible projects across the globe. From Miami to Manhattan to Mullingar this role requires someone who has big ideas and knows how to make them happen. Working with some of the world's biggest brands and on some of the world's most prestigious events, this role has an incredibly wide variety of projects, working with an even wider variety of personalities in and incredibly fun, but hectic, high performing working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and deliver compelling ideas and concepts for both pitch and proposal situations. 
  • Lead and manage the creative aspect of projects in collaboration with the production team.
  • Lead pitch teams, managing deadlines and milestones with budget awareness. 
  • Ensure ideas and concepts give clear customer and business outcomes. 
  • Bring clients on a journey through storytelling to deliver concepts and proposals.
  • Build solid, trusting, and fun relationships with clients.
  • Strong understanding of client strategy and the ability to bring this to life.
  • Build client satisfaction, trust, and sentiment to expand existing portfolio of work within their wider business.
  • Ability to track results and feedback, and report into wider team. 
  • Seamlessly work with the production team to deliver concepts, both in pre-production and on site.
  • Understanding the processes and capabilities of Graphic Design and 3D rendering and managing these outputs within projects. 
  • Coach and develop junior members of the team.
  • Contribute to agency strategy and outputs.
  • Identify business development opportunities …. The ability to pitch ideas that were not asked for! 
  • Contribute to the overall Catapult culture by being authentic, curious, and creative. 
  • Walk one of the many office dogs.

Skills Knowledge & Experience 

  • 5 years creative experience within events / experiential / brand environment 
  • Very strong ideation skills, particularly around brands, experiential experiences, and activations, but also to bring more to conventional events such as conferences & expos to life.
  • The ability to pitch, present and help build presentations and comfortably communicate a concept. 
  • Excellent writing skills in a creative/technical environment.
  • Strong planning experience
  • Knowledge and understating around costs / feasibility and physical production. 
  • Excellent personal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Portfolio essential 


Salary will be dependent on previous experience.
