They are currently seeking to augment their team with a Senior Digital Account Manager

Responsibilities.

  • Plan, create, develop, and manage communication content and campaigns for social media.
  • Manage and train a small team of digital executives.
  • Lead the digital strategy across clients' portfolio.
  • Responsible for on-going projects for clients, efficiently and in a timely manner.  
  • Find innovative ways to enhance clients' ROI.
  • Responsible for brief creation/presentation, pitching for new business, and onboarding of new clients. 
  • Manage SEO/SEM/Online PR activities.
  • Monitor and generate reports on the conversion of campaigns. 
  • Act as a steward to the agency’s client brands.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years’ experience working on 360 digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent hands-on social media experience across all platforms; experience implementing social advertising campaigns for brands
  • Excellent experience in Adwords, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics
  • Experience in Business Social strategy working across all media.
  • Excellent client liaison abilities.
  • Experienced with email marketing campaigns, and Digital PR and influencer marketing. 
  • Previous team management.
