An exciting tech retail company with stores across Ireland and the UK is looking for an B2B Marketing Manager to develop their strategy for various reselling and B2B channels and achieve impressive revenue targets with their efforts

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing 360 operational plans for Ireland and UK B2B marketing strategies.
  • Implementing the marketing plan for education, corporate sales and employee strategies according to business plans and sales targets.
  • Taking ownership of media planning and delivering the annual content calendar across social channels, as well as the CRM, PPC and SEO campaigns.
  • Developing and implementing first-party data collection and management controls to drive the CRM programme.
  • Collaborating with the web development and eCommerce teams to deliver annual content calendar across B2B website channels.
  • Managing key digital upgrade project delivery with internal teams and third-party agencies.
  • Developing, publishing and promoting blog posts, case studies and brochure content.
  • Measuring KPIs and optimising ROI for all marketing campaigns.
  • Managing integration of Select solutions across all B2B marketing touchpoints.
  • Developing an understanding of the niche marketplace and competitors
  • Leveraging the knowledge to be first to market with new initiatives and strategies.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in B2B Marketing (agency or in-house) with experience leading a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, plus business fluency in English.
  • Thorough understanding of B2B marketing processes in UK and/or Ireland.
  • Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and ease in managing different stakeholders and multiple deadlines.
  • Track record of managing expenditure in line with budgets and revenue targets.
  • Experience managing relationships with design and creative partners.
  • You’ll be highly organised and capable of planning effectively, with excellent time management skills.
  • Passion for quality control, efficiency and consumer technology.
  • Occasional travel between UK and Ireland required for this role.
  • Full clean driving licence.
