A London-based creative agency with a focus on sustainability and innovation in marketing is looking for an experienced Account Manager to develop long term client relationships and deliver smooth running successful campaigns.

What do they need you to do? You will be an expert in Digital. You’ll be the touchpoint for Client satisfaction, team leadership and account growth, working on a variety of clients and projects as part of a highly collaborative team. Although the post is based in Dublin, you’ll be travelling to London approximately once per month to meet the wider agency team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts and using contacts to generate new business. 
  • Providing leadership, support, and mentoring to team members.  
  • Organising brainstorming sessions to involve the team, attending regular client meetings and delivering presentations covering creative and technical aspects. 
  • Collaborating with the Project Management team to manage work and liaising with the Creative and Development teams on delivery. 
  • Analysing, interpreting, and presenting results of the marketing solutions in line with client KPIs and objectives. 
  • Assisting the Account Director in cultivating high-quality, profitable relationships, identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts, and positioning new ideas on an on-going basis.  
  • Overseeing the quality, strategy and integrity of marketing solutions delivered to clients, and ensuring client loyalty and retention. 
  • Assisting the team with high priority requests or issue escalations as needed.  
  • Working calmly and professionally under pressure and providing regular communication updates to assure progress. 
  • Inspiring the team to deliver client solutions consistently exceed client's goals and expectations. 
  • Monitoring industry trends, tech and client verticals, seeking out advantages and points of difference to leverage new business opportunities.  

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • 3-5 years’ digital agency experience with account management record. 
  • Digital should be your passion, but you should be curious about integrated campaigns
  • Experience in leading client meetings with insight, humour and confidence, and including others to lead and add value to the presentation.  
  • You’ll have a professional and confident approach to your work and be able to communicate across all levels of the business. 
  • Proactive team player that likes to work to build a culture of positivity.  
  • You’ll have outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
