A Dublin-based independent consultancy focused on social change, justice and human rights is looking for a talented Account Manager to work works across a number of sectors on a broad selection of projects including advertising, digital and design.  

You’ll be overseeing projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently and achieve their objectives. In addition, you’ll have frequent client contact and work with the Account Director to shape your projects, implement a clear strategy and deliver outstanding results for clients.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing client design and advertising campaigns with regular comms on feedback and approvals processes.
  • Understanding clients’ industry, products, and competitors.
  • Fully understanding client briefs and requirements to develop creative/project briefs.
  • Overseeing strategic planning, workshop, and research needs.
  • Participating in or leading client meetings, presentations, and communications.
  • Generating accurate reports, estimates and schedules/WIP, as well as assisting with invoicing and job reconciliation to ensure ROI.
  • Driving awareness of new technologies and channels and leading insights and recommendations for digital/social.
  • Analysing campaign results and optimizing where necessary.
  • Overseeing copywriting/editing for website content and social media assets. 
  • Identifying new opportunities or optimisations with existing clients.
  • Assisting with submission of tender responses and developing templates for future use. 
  • Displaying proactive leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability.
  • Managing relationships and optimizing processes with production suppliers.
  • Integrating file saving across FileMaker and BackUp.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing/Comms/Advertising or Business (minimum 2:1).
  • 2-3 years’ experience in digital advertising or marketing.
  • You’ll have outstanding writing and presentation skills to provide clients with bespoke proposals and lead both client and internal communications. 
  • Impressive organisational and prioritisation skills, and confidence in budget planning, resourcing and delivery, and change management.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current media and advertising trends to incorporate into your client strategies. 
  • You’ll also be a confident team leader and manager, as well as the key client contact.
