An innovative Dublin-based language tech company is in a powerful growth stage after acquiring projects some big-name corporations, and now needs a Customer Marketing Specialist to lead on this business expansion. 

You’ll be in charge of creating and implementing campaigns to improve brand awareness, generate leads and expand existing accounts. This is a broad marketing and project management role that requires a proactive, passionate and experienced individual looking to work in an innovative company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Leading all areas of the marketing programs covering message development, targeting, campaign execution, and metrics for specific segments.  
  • Creation, developing, and executing multi-channel B2B marketing programs to create pipeline opportunities via the existing customer base. 
  • Leveraging a comprehensive range of marketing activities and tools to optimise lead conversion and quality across multiple channels. 
  • Collaborating with agencies, experts, partners, and other marketing team members to ensure production of world-class marketing materials covering ads, web content, emails, graphics, videos, case studies. 
  • Researching and collating target account lists based on ideal client profiles for advertising and supporting sales team outreach. 
  • Working closely with sales and customer success teams to deliver marketing plans for top strategic accounts. 
  • Tracking, measuring, and reporting campaign performance against key business drivers. 
  • Identifying the cause of performance issues and implementing continuous improvement action plans. 
  • Communicating with stakeholders effectively on a regular scheduled to guarantee alignment and enablement.  

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • 4+ years’ successful track record implementing marketing programs in B2B organizations, ideally with software/SaaS marketing experience. 
  • You’ll have a strong interest in data and analysing marketing campaign performance and outcomes.  
  • Proficiency in ensuring marketing activities are translating into meaningful sales and commercial outcomes. 
  • Experience managing campaigns across platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo and Salesforce. 
  • Proven ability to build relationships across several stakeholders including sales, subject matter experts, services, and product marketing.  
  • Previous form planning, evaluating, executing, and measuring campaign performance and enabling / operationalizing campaigns with Sales. 
  • Experience with LMS platforms and curating training or education materials. 
  • Hands-on ABM experience would be a plus. 
  • You’ll be a competent storyteller capable of engaging prospects and clients via multiple digital channels. 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills. 
  • You’ll be a highly organized, detail-oriented, self-directed team player with a positive and proactive attitude.  
  • Self-starter with energy, drive, and determination to accomplish goals. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and stay focused.
