As a creative and ambitious social media professional, you’ll have a key role in developing, optimising and delivering end-to-end social media strategy and activities. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting senior marketing roles with strategizing, planning and implementing innovative social media campaigns and BAU communications across key social channels.
  • Assisting with planning, management and optimisation of the brand’s paid social media activity. 
  • Delivering briefs and collaborating with the in-house creative team on innovative and strategic brand-aligned social media assets.
  • Overseeing social media reporting and measurement, ensuring that social content activity strategy is rooted in performance, continuously evaluated, and demonstrates ROI.
  • Delivering detailed briefs and working closely with our in-house creative team on innovative and strategic brand-aligned social media assets.
  • Collaborating with our service line leads and source opportunities to bring the brand offerings to life and inspire both internal and external audiences.
  • Monitoring channel and campaign performance.
  • Leveraging social media tools and platforms for insight about conversations and trends relevant to the company.
  • Championing the social media brand across the company and developing cross functional relationships and advocacy with senior stakeholders for initiatives. 
  • Ensuring all assets and activities align with tone of voice, brand, regulatory and social media guidelines.
  • Managing social media tools and platforms for insights on conversations and trends relevant to the brand.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing or business-related degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in social media channel management, content creation and campaign delivery covering LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Extensive knowledge of the social media landscape, online behaviours and how to communicate across the various platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivery impactful paid social media campaigns.
  • You’ll be proficient at social media reporting, with a focus on KPIs and using actionable insights to influence future activities.
  • Experience using social media reporting/brand listening and keyword research tools. 
  • You’ll have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, as well as time and project management skills.
  • Past experience with working in large/matrix organisations and balancing multiple stakeholder requirements needed.
  • You’ll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Experience with TikTok content creation desirable.
