A leading DTC Irish healthcare service provider is looking for commercially savvy product marketing manager with an excellent track record in marketing and FMCG products to work in an exciting, dynamic marketing team focused on growth.

You’ll be responsible for growing some of the company’s most visible brands, as well as implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to ensure these brands are top-of-mind for their audience and bring in revenue for the company. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing and implementing the marketing strategy across the company’s flagship brands.
  • Conducting consumer-based behaviour and attitudinal research for insights to shape impactful creative campaign assets.
  • Owning annual brand/division marketing plans and budgets.
  • Overseeing launch of new campaigns, products and ranges to the Irish, UK and International markets.
  • Ensuring TV and radio marketing campaigns are fully compliant with appropriate guidelines and regulations in collaboration with marketing and medical departments.
  • Leading ´tissue sessions´ with ATL agencies to deliver clear and effective briefs for creative, impactful campaigns.
  • Assessing pitch sessions and ensure the brand assigns the project to the optimum service provider.
  • Managing agency relationships to guarantee on-brief delivery with top-quality creative, media plans and extract the best value for the brand. 
  • Effectively managing the marketing budget to optimise investment throughout the calendar year.
  • Collaborating with Head of Sales and Sales Managers to support distribution and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborating with the Digital Marketing and Social Media Managers to deliver successful multi-channel product campaigns.
  • Supporting other Product Managers in implementing new DTC approaches with best practice training, advice and mentoring.
  • Working with the brand’s new product development department to support product pipeline and optimisation.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and reacting approrpriately.
  • Reporting and providing performance updates to the Marketing Director and CEO.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • 8-10 years’ experience in OTC/DTC marketing in healthcare or pharmacy sectors.
  • Proven record of successful ATL campaigns and launches with metrics detailing success in beating revenue, share and brand awareness KPIs.
  • You’ll be used to working collaboratively in a fast moving, agile work environment.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills required.
  • Experience in working in a strategic role, managing cross-functional teams.
  • A keen sense of fun and humour needed, in addition to deep project and product expertise.
