As a creative and ambitious digital content professional, you’ll have a key role in managing and optimising the overall content strategy and delivery, ensuring that the website content reflects the company’s activities and growth. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing website growth drivers, project plans and workflow scheduling for the digital teams.
  • Delivering successful digital website projects such as campaign launches, landing page creation, content uploads, localised content, etc.
  • Managing the global thought leadership content schedule in collaboration with the content team. 
  • Managing, editing, optimising and maintaining all the brand’s Irish website content in collaboration with the page development team for user search and increased traffic.
  • Leading site development, growth, and inbound lead gen activities via integrated website campaign planning, UX and user journey mapping.
  • Managing the website page builder for content optimisation, tagging, site taxonomy and structure, and SEO improvements.
  • Measuring, analysing and reporting on technical and SEO website performance.
  • Ensuring the company website is always up to date and compliant with all privacy and cookie policies.
  • Overseeing brand lead generation activities via the website: managing contact forms, CTAs and advising on best UX and tool integration.
  • Ensuring high levels of compatibility between the website and social media platforms.
  • Contributing to broader digital transformation projects and the acceleration of the company’s move to digital-first together with the global team.
  • Participating in the company’s global community of website editors for continuous site improvement and innovation. 
  • Mapping out user journeys and personas to shape content and strategies.
  • Gaining support for site strategies and editorial standards from senior stakeholders.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ related professional experience required.
  • Lead generation and SEO experience is essential for the role.
  • This role is best suited to a candidate with a commercial background - ideally B2B. 
  • Top-notch project management skills working to deadlines. 
  • You’ll be comfortable both working as part of a team and independently. 
  • A keen eye for spotting growth opportunities is essential for the role.
  • Team management experience desirable. 
  • You’ll have strong data analysis and communication skills and a track record of improving performance and influencing the website strategic roadmap.
  • Experience in integrating relevant technologies and applications (experience of AEM, Adobe Analytics and Marketo a plus).
  • You’ll be detail orientated with strong organisational, time and project management skills.
  • Previous experience in leveraging analytics, reporting and optimisation. 
  • Excellent writing skills are required as SEO is a key area for this position. .
  • Clear understanding and track record of leveraging lead generation and pipeline building through website UX and CTAs.
