PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy

  • Developing and executing 24/7 ECommerce activity plans for all designated ECommerce customers, e.g. Food Service Aggregators
  • Collecting market, channel, shopper and customer insights and translate into data-based actionable insights for ECommerce growth.

Collaboration

  • Collaborating with Customer Marketing Teams on ECommerce initiatives in brick & click customers.
  • Partnering with the company’s regional ECommerce on IMC toolkits, transaction-focused media collaboration, content creation, shoptimised imagery, rich content, etc.
  • Collaborating with Key Accounts, Marketing, Commercial Excellence and Field Sales to deliver top-level eCommerce initiatives in both pure player and brick & click customer plans, as well as joint business plans for commercial benefit and data sharing purposes.
  • Developing and implementing eCommerce-related tasks in Joint Business Plans with both pure play and brick & click customers to drive mutual commercial benefits and data sharing.

Management

  • Managing design and media agency relationships to drive maximum efficiency and outstanding results.
  • Participating on mobilization teams of priority IMCs, and where digital and eCommerce is key, in addition to collaborating with the capability team to embed eCommerce capabilities across all key company stakeholders.
  • Managing eCommerce DME budget focusing on ROI, in addition to overseeing specific cCommerce-related pilots, partnerships and initiatives to drive successful results.

Reporting/Comms

  • Collaborating with creating scorecards, tools and reports, e.g. monthly performance reports, eCommerce sales reports, etc.
  • Leading external comms with eCommerce groups, education, training forums etc. to lead on thought-leadership and new business opportunities
  • Developing and support the Annual BP Process for Ireland
  • Leading thorough evaluation of key digital & eCommerce initiatives and deploy learnings across the organization.
  • Leading on new business opportunities within eCommerce and omnichannel accounts, e.g. new customers, new business models, new category opportunities, new pack opportunities, etc.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role for e-commerce, ideally within FMCG or food delivery industry.
  • You’ll be a creative thinker used to converting your powerful insight into meaningful action.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be a key strategist in contact with every level of the company
  • Customer-focussed to deliver brand excellence.
  • You’ll be results-orientated and resilient, with a great deal of autonomy and a strong desire to make things happen, in addition to being entrepreneurial and self-motivating.
  • The client needs you to be very comfortable with numbers with excellent analytical skills. You’ll also be IT literate and proficient at Excel and PowerPoint, with a working knowledge of SAP.
  • Full, unrestricted driving license.
