MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align targets, develop lead management tactics, messaging, channels, and calls to action for a seamless experience for both prospects and customers. 
  • Developing an expansion strategy with company sales teams to drive broader interest and deeper engagement across brand target market verticals. 
  • Owning the planning and implementation of multi-channel, multi-touch programmes driving quality MQLs, building new sales pipelines and customer expansion, and improving win rates and sales speed. 
  • Overseeing and maximising return from B2B performance marketing and brand building channels (from CRM, SEO and paid marketing to PR and traditional marketing). 
  • Assisting the in-house content team to develop, publish and promote the brands via reports, whitepapers, surveys, blog posts, case studies, brochures, etc. 
  • Developing successful B2B marketing campaigns that educate, nurture, and excite prospects. 
  • Researching target audiences, developing unique personas and pain points, then determining the best channels, messaging, and positioning for B2B brands to solve them. 
  • Benchmarking competitive activity, pricing and product offering for the market. 
  • ​​Monitoring and reporting on KPIS for campaign performance, presenting insights and suggesting optimisations. 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • 3 to 4 + years’ experience in B2B marketing at management level. 
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Digital Marketing/Data or related field. 
  • Fluency in English. 
  • Deep experience in running multi-channel B2B performance marketing and brand building campaigns covering CRM, SEO, Paid and Content Marketing, traditional PR and marketing. 
  • Strong knowledge of all the core systems required to do this job (GA, GTM, Ads, Data Studio/Power BI, G-Suite, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Office Suite, etc), with a focus on HubSpot.  
  • You’ll be a highly data-driven and solution-oriented strategic thinker with focussed on delivering results and success.  
  • Past record of working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.  
  • Prior experience working hands-on with product and engineering teams. 
  • You’ll be accustomed to managing expenditure as per budgets and revenue targets. 
  • Experience in the healthcare/medical industry a plus, but not essential.
