MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Leading the growth marketing team (both in-house and agency parts) on designing, developing and delivering the strategy. 
  • Co-owning commercial targets for the MedTech brand in the Irish market. 
  • Understanding, planning, execution, and vision for the brand’s commercial strategy. 
  • Championing brand values across the entire user experience and ensuring maximum clarity for the brand in the marketplace. 
  • Leading and maximising ROAS across all performance marketing & brand building channels (covering SEO and Paid Marketing to traditional radio and PR outlets). 
  • Identifying and targeting new revenue opportunities with new services and products. 
  • Reviewing and refining existing services and product features to meet user needs. 
  • Benchmarking price and product offering and delivering optimisations. 
  • Determining, owning and growing key business metrics such as CAC, ROI and LTV. 
  • Managing monthly and annual marketing budgets to maximise ROI. 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Digital Marketing/Data or related field. 
  • 5+ years’ experience in B2C direct response marketing within a high growth organisation. 
  • Proficiency in in running multi-channel performance marketing and brand building campaigns (in digital, paid and traditional channels). 
  • Prior experience working hands-on with Product and Engineering teams in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high-energy environment 
  • Experience in establishing and delivering a strong B2C growth strategy and aligning user experience to set brand values. 
  • You’ll be a strongly data-driven and solution-oriented strategic thinker with a heavy focus on results. 
  • You’ll have excellent creative and analytical problem-solving skills and the ambition to overdeliver revenue targets. 
  • Skilled in inspiring, leading and mentoring colleagues and junior members. 
  • Strong knowledge of the core systems required (GA, GTM, Google Ads, Data Studio/Power BI, G-Suite, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Intercom, Office Suite, etc). 
  • Complete fluency in English required. 
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical industry would be beneficial, but not essential
