An exciting tech retail company with stores across Ireland and the UK is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to plan and execute all aspects of their performance marketing activity and deliver best-in-class SEO activity.

Working with the marketing and web development team, you’ll be in charge of multichannel paid search, paid social and SEO campaigns for this exciting tech retail brand. Creative and analytical in equal measure, your responsibilities will be broad and impactful, and you’ll make a real difference to the company’s output.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execution of online customer acquisition strategies across Google Ads (with a focus on AdWords / Shopping) and Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).


  • Planning and execution of SEO campaign & strategy – keyword research, content optimisation. technical implementation.
  • Monitor and create web analytics dashboards and reports. Collect and analyse data and results. Providing data rich campaign performance insights & recommendations to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Overseeing competitor analysis and trends to spot new opportunities and leverage them. 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3-5 years’ customer acquisition experience in Google Ads platform with proven experience creating, executing and continually optimizing successful paid marketing campaigns across multiple Google channels.
  • Proven experience creating, executing, and leading successful SEO strategies with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms.
  • Solid understanding of website analytics tools [e.g. Google Analytics) customer experience testing and conversion.
  • Keen interest in the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, plus business fluency in English
  • You’ll be skilled at both analytical and creative parts of SEO knowledge and  performance marketing. 
  • Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and ease in managing different stakeholders and multiple deadlines. 
  • Track record of managing expenditure in line with budgets and revenue targets. 
  • You’ll have high levels of attention to detail, be methodical and an excellent problem-solver. 
  • You’ll be highly organised and capable of planning effectively, with excellent time management skills. 
  • Passion for quality control, efficiency, and consumer technology. 
  • B2B experience is a plus.
  • Occasional travel between UK and Ireland required for this role.
