Peter Mark, Ireland’s best-known hairdressers, is looking to enhance their online presence and elevate their sales to the next level with a high-quality website and eCommerce platform. This instantly recognisable brand requires their website to reflect their top-class in-store customer service and experience. 

You will be developing the brand website and growing the eCommerce business and sales from implementing UX to marketing and driving revenue. In addition, you will be responsible for multi-channel trading performance, content and optimisation. This is an ambitious, wide-ranging project for a talented eCommerce project manager.

  • Developing and implementing a successful strategy to improve the website and eCommerce platform to meet customer requirements, covering requirements, testing and reporting. 
  • Working with marketing, customer service, brand experience, IT etc. and external partners to oversee improvement platform performance, content, quality, customer acquisition and sales conversion. 
  • Analysing eCommerce platform data and leveraging insights to recommend improvements to CX, UX, and conversions, as well as achieving KPIs. 
  • Managing the end-to-end website experience and creating personalised SEO-optimised content supporting customers throughout their purchase journey. 
  • Leading optimization of bricks-and-mortar retail aspects in addition to overseeing the eCommerce side of the business. 
  • Leveraging promotional and communication campaigns to drive acquisition, conversion and return custom. 
  • Overseeing a potential CMS change project. 
  • Managing third-party projects, including briefing and implementing digital and social content provided by agencies.  
  • Leading on CRM and database development for the brand to improve email marketing and retention. 


  • Ideally, 5+ years´ eCommerce experience within a similar field. 
  • Relevant qualification in this area would be a huge plus. 
  • You will have an in-depth understanding of web analytics, SEO and PPC, conversion optimization, marketing analytics/attribution, merchandising and eCommerce best practices. 
  • Clear understanding of both in-store/bricks-and-mortar retail realities and eCommerce platforms. 
  • Experience developing and implementing digital marketing, eCommerce and UX strategies, as well as brand management. 
  • You will be analytical, and proficient at influencing stakeholders with data analytics with your communication skills. 
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise platform solutions and Google Analytics (or other eCommerce/marketing analytics platforms). 
  • Proven record in managing and developing email marketing campaigns, CRM and CMS/data systems. 
  • You will have a very clear understanding of web design and web analysis. 
  • Experienced in paid social media marketing & content management systems. 
  • You will be an ambitious team player with great project management and keen to take the initiative in your work. 
  • Proven and demonstrable history of driving traffic and sales growth online.
