An innovative Dublin-based language tech company is expanding their reach after acquiring some big-name corporations, and needs a Content Marketing Manager to lead on this expansion of their brand awareness to bring in new clients and revenue. 

You’ll be overseeing broad marketing campaigns with a focus on product copy, landing pages and whitepapers. Crafting buyer personas, you’ll develop strategies to increase the brand’s profile and assist with more traditional advertising. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Overseeing high-quality, multi-channel marketing strategy and campaigns. 
  • Managing third-party agencies and other teams to provide content as necessary. 
  • Coordinating production, publishing and promotion of marketing assets to be distributed across multiple channels. 
  • Briefing out content and copywriting needed for specific campaigns and new products. 
  • Crafting effective short-form content and messages (i.e. ads, landing pages). 
  • Developing longer-form content: customer stories, new product copy, use cases, blog posts, etc. 
  • Achieving ambitious copy, marketing and content production targets 
  • Assisting with launching new product launches, marketing and promotional campaigns 
  • Developing customer personas to leverage opportunities for further revenue. 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Past record as a Content Lead, Marketing Lead, Brand Manager, Programme Manager, or similar role. 
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications or similar field. 
  • Prior experience managing content production in a growing SaaS company would be beneficial. 
  • Top-class editing skill required – you’ll be working on demanding projects with very high levels of technical vocabulary and clarity needed. 
  • Experience with automation a plus. 
  • Proficiency with product marketing tactics and a broad range of digital marketing platforms (HubSpot, SEMrush, Analytics). 
  • Excellent communication, design and copywriting skills. 
  • You’ll have used market analysis and data to shape the content required for a project.  
  • Top-level project management and strategic skills. 
  • Impeccable attention to detail, high levels of creativity and proficiency and problem solving.
