A well-respected Irish finance brand needs experienced marketing talent to join their marketing team and implement an effective digital content and paid media strategy, as well as take charge of their offline marketing efforts.  

You’ll be in charge of growing their social media, email marketing, paid search and SEO campaigns and improving brand awareness, conversions and, ultimately, revenue. Leveraging market research and competitor analysis to find growth opportunities and website maintenance will also be part of your remit.

  • Supporting the Marketing Director in designing and implementing a comprehensive, multichannel marketing strategy. 
  • Building and managing key relationships with stakeholders e.g., team leads, colleagues, customers, and partners to ensure excellent communication. 
  • Project managing marketing campaigns end-to end: from strategic planning through to tracking and reporting on success. 
  • Assisting with offline events, competitions, and promotions. 
  • Managing social media channels and creators to ensure digital content used is up-to-date, relevant, interesting and on-brand. 
  • Owning the brand website to ensure content meets KPIs such as reducing bounce rate, increasing dwell time, and improving conversions. 
  • Monitoring analytics and reporting to help improve the brand’s digital presence. 
  • Supporting paid search campaigns to drive online traffic with campaigns, and measuring ROI 
  • Growing the brand’s mailing list and managing targeted email campaigns across our member base via MailChimp and SendInBlue 
  • Ownership and management of brand both online and offline, ensuring all collateral is presentable and up to date and managing merchandising inventory. 
  • Report on all marketing KPI's on a monthly or quarterly basis and targeting customer analysis to inform future value propositions. 
  • Supporting the Community Development Office in ensuring the brand’s goals are met as per Head of Marketing’s key initiatives. 


  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree. 
  • 3+ years' experience in marketing. 
  • Having graphic design experience will be a distinct advantage. 
  • You’ll have an in-depth understanding of digital content distribution (excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn) and be confident CMS (Wordpress) 
  • Proficiency in digital analytics, software and keyword tools. 
  • You’ll also be a critical thinker with excellent problem-solving and project management skills, and a strong team player who takes pride in their work.
