One of Ireland’s leading luxury fashion brands is looking for a leader to oversee their business agenda and to manage their marketing team. The successful candidate will be in charge of cutting-edge campaigns to increase brand awareness and to drive impressive revenue and return custom.  

What do they need you to do? This is an exciting, dynamic role with complete responsibility for the company’s marketing team and overall strategies, and you’ll be working closely with the sales team to design innovative campaigns to maximise profits.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Designing and implementing a marketing strategy aligned to the business strategy, branding and corporate identity initiatives. 
  • Developing, managing, and optimising marketing campaigns and budgets to build strong brand awareness and improve positioning. 
  • Building out and leading the company Marketing Team. 
  • Supporting overall sales and lead generation efforts. 
  • Leading customer, brand, and product research initiatives, and advising on innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events. 
  • Negotiating advantageous contracts with media partners, agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers. 
  • Overseeing brand websites and social media management, and providing analytics review. 
  • Creating personalised customer experiences consistently across sales and media channels to engage customers at every stage of their journey. 
  • Conducting both customer and competitor analysis to draw meaningful insights and recommendations. 
  • Collaborating with Buying and Merchandising to develop pricing strategies that maximise profits and market share. 
  • Ensuring a high-performing, positive work environment focused on  
  • continuous improvement, innovation, and creativity, as well as collaboration across the business and with key business partners. 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • Proven marketing campaign, budget, and team management experience. 
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media and content marketing. 
  • You’ll be proficient at project and stakeholder management. 
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
  • You’ll be strong at analytical and creative thinking and focussed on problem-solving. 
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords 
  • You’ll have effective time management and multitasking skills. 
  • High levels of attention to detail and copywriting skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication to work cross-functionally.
