  • Planning and testing campaign strategies, as well as optimising and documenting them. 
  • Setting up campaigns accurately, as well as targeting and optimising them creatively.  
  • Monitoring data points: user funnel, performance, identifying areas of improvement and executing them.  
  • Collating and recording data from various sources, as well as recognising KPI trends.  
  • Spot checking and reconciling data sets, and troubleshooting tracking and reporting issues.  
  • Providing reports to managers and clients as needed.  
  • Delivering impeccable client service with insightful updates and smart solutions. 
  • Briefing creative and copy assets for clients according to tone and managing relevant third parties. 
  • Supporting management on business development and onboarding.  
  • Prioritising projects and delivering to agreed deadlines.  
  • Overseeing competitor analysis and trends to spot new opportunities and leverage them.  


  • 1-4 years’ experience in running Performance/DR, user acquisition campaigns on paid social or Google Ads.  
  • You’ll be skilled at both analytical and creative parts of performance marketing.  
  • Confidence with high-level Excel skills: weighted average, pivot tables, visualisation, etc.  
  • You’ll have high levels of attention to detail, be methodical and an excellent problem-solver.  
  • Proficiency managing multiple projects at differing stages of completion.  
  • Passion for digital advertising.  
  • Top-notch communication and interaction skills – both for other teams and external clients.  
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced growth position in a busy, ambitious company.
