To facilitate our ongoing expansion, we are currently seeking to make the key appointment of a Talent Operations Manager who will be based in our Barcelona office.

The role will be a mix of internal hiring for Prosperity and to manage the onboarding and training of new hires, and to provide ongoing consultation on systems and processes to our existing consultants. 

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with senior management, source and screen potential new hires for the business
  • Provide onboarding to new hires
  • Forecast and plan for future talent needs
  • As the recruitment tech stack uses various cutting-edge platforms, the Talent Operations Manager will be required to undergo training and become expert in these platforms so they can affectively train new hires.
  • Once the Talent Operations Manager grows into the role, act as a consultant to the entire team on systems and processes.
  • Own and optimise the effectiveness of talent as an operation, driving consistency and improvements across the organisation.
  • Implement training sessions for hires on systems, processes, best interview practices, how to give feedback etc., and document and update best practices and process improvements in a shared knowledge base so recruiters have all the resources they need for any questions that might arise. 
  • Provide education and training on new tools, offering training sessions with tips, tricks, and best practices for each tool. 
  • Process consultation and improvement. For example: opening a job, the process of nurturing passive candidates, the process of scheduling an interview, the process of approving an offer, the process of rejecting a candidate etc.
  • Monitor metrics on our insights platform for hires and highlight to consultants (and ultimately to management, if necessary) gaps in their performance.
  • Manage the Employee Proposition Value for the company, and work with internal stakeholders and with external consultants to implement improvements on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

  • 5 years plus experience in Talent Acquisition, within a client company or Agency.
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Excellent ability to learn, understand and adapt to our recruitment platforms. 
  • Excellent operations experience developing talent, systems, and onboarding.
  • Passionate about developing high performance teams.
  • Ideally, experience as a recruitment performance coach – mentor
  • Full understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
