A trusted technology transformation company is looking for an experienced marketing executive to assist the company’s growth plans by carrying out multiple projects as part of the broader marketing plan. This is a great position to upskill and gain marketing and PM experience in a busy company. 

What do they need you to do? You’ll be executing high-quality marketing plans, developing your own skills and business acumen, managing leads and organizing day-to-day marketing activities, as well as delivering qualified leads as part of the company’s growth strategy.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Developing ideas for B2B demand generation campaigns. 
  • Organising and managing day-to-day campaign activities from campaign set-up to execution, reporting and analysis.  
  • Leading on content development, covering copywriting, website pages, social media posts, infographics, and customer success stories, as well as publishing. 
  • Updating, optimizing and monitoring the company website. 
  • Publishing content to the company social media accounts including Linkedin and Twitter. 
  • Using the CRM system to assign leads to pre-defined buyer journeys. 
  • Organising and promoting webinars and in-person events. 
  • Liaising with website, PR and advertising agencies, event managers and partners on brand awareness and marketing projects. 
  • Ensuring campaigns are executed on time and achieve measurable objectives/reach KPIs. 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • 2 years’ digital marketing or marketing experience in B2B. 
  • Bacherlor’s degree in Digital Marketing. 
  • Proven track record of executing marketing campaigns. 
  • Experience in copywriting and developing content for lead generation. 
  • You’ll be confident with marketing automation (Including email). 
  • A working knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics and SEO would be great. 
  • Experience effectively managing company Linkedin and Twitter accounts. 
  • Previous form in setting up and managing webinars. 
  • You’ll also have experience with Google Ads and re-Marketing campaigns. 
  • You should be a self-starter, confident multi-tasker and commercially-minded. 
  • You need high-level time management, project management skills and excellent attention to detail.  
  • An understanding of the IT business applications market would be an advantage.
