Our client, a top Irish FinTech brand, is looking to improve their brand with an innovative Brand and Content Manager. The company has a global presence, and is looking to invest in an exciting, modern content strategy for their various businesses.  

What do they need you to do? You’ll be in charge of creating and implementing a market-leading rebrand and content strategy to engage a new global audience for the company. This is a fantastic role for an experienced brand manager with experience in strategy and an international mindset.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Supporting senior management in developing the brand strategy and messaging for the brand group and its businesses.  
  • Owning and developing tone of voice and overall brand guidelines. 
  • Designing and executing brand strategy across the various businesses, locations and verticals. 
  • Defining and delivering a multichannel, proactive/reactive content strategy for key markets. 
  • Taking ownership over the brand content calendar and adapting it to seasonality, relevant events, and new product launches to ensure a consistent flow of engaging content for all locations. 
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders (internal/external) to delivery editorial agenda and optimising existing support structures. 
  • Creating and curating innovative, brand-forward content for the group and its other verticals. 
  • Leading on creating new content to be repurposed across multiple channels – written, video, image, and infographics. 
  • Planning brand social media strategy to focus on community engagement – ensuring content is optimised to drive brand awareness and traffic. 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Minimum five years’ experience in a similar brand growth role. 
  • Relevant marketing qualification would be a big plus. 
  • You’ll have a proven track record of planning and delivering multichannel content and social strategy with a core focus on driving brand equity in international markets. 
  • Proficiency in creating content delivering for both brand and demand generation. 
  • Confidence using analytics tools to understand campaign success factors and making recommendations. 
  • You’ll have exceptional people and communications skills, as well as proven experience influencing senior level stakeholders. 
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to working across teams and seniority levels.
