Our client, a design-led home decoration company, is hiring an experienced senior executive to join their marketing team. The company has recently expanded to cover eCommerce, trade, and an innovative digital design solution, and is looking to roll these new tools out to drive traffic and lead generation.  

What do they need you to do? You’ll be in charge of creating and implementing an outstanding digital, social and content strategy for the company. Covering all the standard marketing bases (paid and organic), your campaigns will be driving traffic, visitor and revenue growth and providing excellent ROI for the brand.

  • Leading and managing the planning, development, delivery and budget of all digital marketing channels (organic and paid). 
  • Collaborating on the above with external agencies and suppliers. 
  • Monitoring and analysing acquisition funnel across all marketing channels and ensuring going optimisation and development 
  • Business reporting on insights and proposed actions to drive growth in for traffic, visitors and revenue. 
  • Planning, implementing and launching eye-catching campaigns for both retail customers and B2B customers, including social media campaigns.  
  • Leading on technical and content SEO to drive traffic, in-store footfall and sales.  
  • Managing all aspects of digital communication and content for promotions, product launches and PR/events.  
  • Monitoring social platforms and appropriately responding to queries as necessary.  
  • Working with internal stakeholders and external collaborators on content creation to ensure best in class digital brand communications. 
  • Collaborating with the broader marketing team on campaigns and strategies to help the company achieve their overall objectives. 


  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a busy digital marketing environment, preferably with eCommerce experience. 
  • Extensive experience in developing digital marketing strategy, management and reporting across SEO, PPC, display and remarketing channels, affiliates, and online partnerships. 
  • Analytical and data driven, with confidence in delivering online traffic, footfall, and revenue KPIs, and measuring performance with high proficiency in Google Analytics. 
  • Strong ability in tacking and analysing results, reporting findings, and making recommendations 
  • Experience in content creation would be a plus 
  • Proficiency in working with external suppliers and dealing with multiple stakeholders. 
  • You’ll have a flexible and resilient approach to managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines. 
  • You’ll be creative and detail-oriented, with impeccable organisational skills. 
  • Past experience working in interiors or construction industry would be an advantage.
